Senior Quantity Surveyor

Tomas completed his BSc in Construction Built Environment in 2016 and has 9 years experience in main contract surveying and estimating. Tomas has worked in sectors including new build housing, residential refurbishment and new build mixed used redevelopments, these projects included commercial premises and residential apartments.
Craig Edwards

Craig Edwards

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Craig completed in HND in Quantity Surveying 2012 and has 13 years experience in quantity surveying, tendering and estimating, and more recently in project management. Working for SME’s and Developers as a Quantity Surveying and more recently in Project Management, Craig has worked in the new build housing, refurbishment and commercial sectors. Recent work has included new build bespoke homes and new build/ refurbishment of social housing.

Julian Thorpe

Julian Thorpe

Senior Quantity Surveyor

Julian completed his BSc in Quantity Surveying in 1996 and has 30+ years experience in Quantity Surveying, project management and contentious work. Working for Contractors until 2006 across many service lines including food stores, office space and social housing, Julian has worked on new developments and refurbishment works. Since 2006 Julian has worked in the civil engineering sector on airports, infrastructure and roads for Clients as a consultant PQS.

Daniel Edwards

Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Daniel has completed his HNC in Project & Construction Management and has five years experience working with Main Contractors and Sub Contractors. Daniel is assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyors with Measurement, Tendering and Estimating. Recent work includes Mechanical, Electrical, New Build and Refurbishment Measuring and Estimating.

Peter Edwards

Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Peter has completed his BSc in Construction and The Built Environment and has four years of experience working with Main Contractors and Sub Contractors. Peter is assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyors with Measurement, Tendering and Estimating. Recent work includes Mechanical, Electrical, New Build and Refurbishment Measuring and Estimating.
